APPLICATIONS

PRODUCTION PROCESS
Extraction:
Mining garnet sand involves extracting from alluvial deposits or quarrying hard rock formations, contingent upon the garnet type. Alluvial mining employs washing and screening methods, while hard rock mining entails drilling, blasting, and crushing techniques.

Crushing and Grinding:
Primary Crushing: The mined garnet ore is reduced to smaller fragments using robust jaw crushers or gyratory crushers.
Secondary Crushing: Further reduction in size is achieved using cone or impact crushers to reach the desired granularity.

Separation:
