APPLICATIONS
Our versatile Garnet sand is widely utilized for polishing glass screens, refining single crystal silicon, and perfecting optical lenses. It shines in rust sandblasting and water jet cutting. PRODUCTION PROCESS
Extraction:
Mining: Garnet sand is sourced from either alluvial deposits or mined from solid hard rock formations. The extraction method depends on the type of garnet deposit. Alluvial mining uses washing and screening techniques, while hard rock mining involves drilling, blasting, and crushing to obtain garnet.

Crushing and Grinding:
Primary Crushing: The initial step involves reducing garnet ore into smaller pieces using jaw crushers or gyratory crushers.
Secondary Crushing: The ore is further diminished in size using cone crushers or impact crushers to achieve the desired granularity.

Separation:
Screening: The crushed material undergoes screening to separate garnet particles from waste rock using vibrating screens or sieves, ensuring proper size classification.
Gravity Separation: Techniques such as jigging or spiral concentration are employed to distinguish garnet from lighter impurities based on density differences.
