Rotary Method: Pour the molten glass onto a rotating disk or drum. The centrifugal force propels small droplets outward, which solidify into perfectly spherical shapes as they cool.
Sieve Method: Pass the molten glass through a fine sieve or mesh, creating uniform droplets that descend and solidify into perfectly spherical beads.
Cooling: Ensure the glass droplets are rapidly cooled during descent, forming pristine solid glass beads. This swift cooling process helps maintain their spherical integrity and prevents any irregularities.
