Formation of Beads:
Droplet Formation: The molten glass is artfully transformed into droplets through diverse advanced techniques:
Rotary Method: The molten glass is expertly poured onto a rotating disk or drum, from which it is elegantly thrown off into small droplets that solidify into beautifully spherical shapes as they cool.
Sieve Method: The molten glass passes through a fine sieve or mesh, creating uniform droplets that gracefully fall and solidify into perfect beads.
Cooling: The glass droplets are swiftly cooled as they descend, forming solid glass beads. This rapid cooling technique achieves a flawless spherical shape, eliminating irregularities.

Annealing:
