APPLICATIONS
The glass bead blasting process delivers a pristine, bright, satin finish, while preserving the original dimensions of the parts. Available in an extensive range of sizes, these glass beads excel in blasting cabinets for operations such as honing, polishing, peening, blending, finishing, and the removal of light burrs. They are also effective in cleaning most light foreign matter from surfaces. Melting:
Furnace Heating: These glass granules are subjected to intense heat within a high-temperature furnace, reaching a range of 1400-1600 degrees Celsius (2552-2912 degrees Fahrenheit) to ensure complete liquefaction, forming uniformly consistent beads.

Formation of Beads:
Droplet Formation: Transform the molten glass into droplets using diverse methodologies:
Rotary Method: Pour the molten glass onto a revolving disk or drum, which projects small droplets outward, solidifying into perfect spherical beads as they cool effortlessly.
Sieve Method: Allow the molten glass to pass through a sieve or mesh, crafting uniform droplets that descend gracefully, solidifying into consistent beads.
Cooling: As these droplets descend, they are rapidly cooled, resulting in solid glass beads. This swift cooling not only achieves optimal spherical shapes but also prevents any irregularities from forming.

Annealing:
