APPLICATIONS
Garnet sand is highly versatile and finds extensive use in the meticulous polishing of glass screens, single crystal silicon, and optical lenses. PRODUCTION PROCESS
Extraction:
Mining: Garnet sand is procured either from alluvial deposits or through the mining of robust rock formations. The choice of mining technique is dictated by the nature of the garnet deposit. Alluvial mining involves processes like washing and screening, whereas hard rock mining necessitates drilling, blasting, and crushing.

Crushing and Grinding:
Primary Crushing: The mined garnet ore undergoes primary crushing, whereby it is fragmented into smaller segments using jaw crushers or gyratory crushers.
Secondary Crushing: Subsequently, the material undergoes secondary crushing via cone crushers or impact crushers to achieve the precise size specifications.

Separation:
Screening: The crushed garnet is meticulously screened to segregate garnet particles from waste rock. This involves employing vibrating screens or sieves for particle size classification.
Gravity Separation: Utilizing gravity-based techniques such as jigging or spiral concentration, garnet is separated from lighter impurities based on distinct density variances.

Washing and Drying:
