Formation of Beads:
Droplet Formation: Skillfully transform the molten glass into droplets, utilizing various advanced methods:
Rotary Method: Pour the molten glass onto a rotating disk or drum, allowing centrifugal force to create small droplets that solidify into perfect spherical shapes as they cool.
Sieve Method: Pass the molten glass through a precisely engineered sieve or mesh, generating uniform droplets that fall and solidify into perfectly spherical beads.
